What if i need to reschedule?
You’re welcome to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. If less than 48 hours, you may forfeit your deposit. After one reschedule, you will be charged a reschedule fee.
What is your turn around time?
Turnaround time is one week. I usually deliver much faster, but this timeframe gives me space if family needs me. I am a wife and a mother first, and I appreciate your grace.
What if im late?
I’m happy to be flexible when I can but often times, there is another session after yours or a babysitter is expecting me back by a certain time. However, a quick message to me goes a long way.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
Message me if you have any concerns! I am always willing to work with you on making sure we get the best photos.
I will not deliver unedited or RAW images.
Every photo you receive is edited with intention and the style you booked me for.
If there’s a small detail you’d like retouched or an imperfection I missed, just tell me. I want you to love your photos! I’m also happy to switch any image to color/black and white at no cost. I enhance your natural beauty, but I don’t alter body shapes or add people or objects. Minor retouching and light object removal are included.
